I managed MBA programs in Hong Kong, Singapore, Greece and El Salvador. I have taught abroad in nine countries and worked in over twenty countries. My research focuses primarily on cross-cultural aspects of international strategy.

Career Highlights:

Formerly Director of International Business MBA programs at University of Louisville, where I managed MBA programs in Hong Kong, Singapore, Greece and El Salvador. I have taught abroad in nine countries and worked in over twenty countries. My research focuses primarily on cross-cultural aspects of international strategy (innovation and knowledge transfer across borders) as well as pedagogical issues in business education (simulations and virtual classrooms), with over forty academic journal publications and over fifty academic paper presentations. In addition to being a professor of corporate strategy and international business at NKU, I am also a Joint Researcher at the Institute for Technology, Enterprise and Competitiveness at Doshisha Business School, Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan.
