- Which classes do you teach online? - EDA 602: Leadership in Schools, Organizations, and Community 
- What do you want students in your courses to learn? - I want them to be able to apply the learning to real-world situations and make all decisions based on what is best for their students. 
- What advice would you give to those considering an online education programs? - Work hard and persevere! 
- What qualities make someone particularly successful in education? - You have to care about kids and serve the students (not the adults). You have to be creative, enthusiastic, reflective, and flexible. 
- Why did you start teaching? - I love students and I love books (I taught high school English). I wanted to have a positive impact on the world. 
- What is the one book you think everyone should read? - To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee.
