    Leadership, change management, transitioning skills, emotional intelligence, collaboration, communication, active listening, and providing feedback.

  • What do you think is the biggest challenge that people in business face today?

    The ability to see differences as an asset. Using the individual skills, strengths, and passions of the people they lead, work for or work with, and embrace differences as qualities that fill out the full organization.

  • Tell us something interesting about yourself that your students might not know about you.

    I worked with, reported to, and learned from Morley Winograd at AT&T during my six-year employment. Morley, President and CEO of the Campaign for Free College Tuition, is an expert on millennials, authored many books, and was former Vice President Al Gore's policy advisor.

    I started in business as a long-distance international operator for AT&T, where I delivered and saved a newborn over the telephone, landing me on the “Ira Joe Fisher Show” as a community hero.
