Taking online courses does not mean you are isolated from your classmates or instructor. I use a variety of tools to create a challenging, inclusive and enriching learning experience for students.

These skills include teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, innovation, interpersonal and conflict resolution, emotional intelligence and many more.

I believe each person has a special story that contributes to my understanding of the world. I love to travel, garden, and spend time with my family and friends.

What do you want students in your courses to learn? What is the learning outcome or objective?

I want my students to approach learning with curiosity, and in the process, develop the tools and strategies they need to be effective leaders in their personal and professional lives.
