The online Master of Arts in Teaching – Special Education P-12 Concentration program empowers you to effectively and efficiently transition into roles working with exceptional learners. Immediately upon entry into the program, you will be able to seek opportunities as a special education teacher in the state of Kentucky.

Diversify your expertise by choosing from concentrations in learning and behavior disorders or moderate and severe disabilities, or you can pursue a dual concentration that combines both specializations. Tuition assistance may be available through the Kentucky Traineeship Program if you teach on a provisional certificate while completing your MAT Special Education P-12 program coursework.
